Vijay Eswaran’s System of Philanthropy

It is the mission of Vijay Eswaran that every person, especially managers, raise themselves to help mankind. After growing up in Maylasia, Vijay went on to found the QI Company based in Hong Kong. The Principle Behind The Sphere of Silence

Vijay says that each person should spend 60 minutes each day in absolute quiet. If the quiet becomes broken, then the individual should begin again. It is essential that the person not be interrupted for 60 minutes by chaos around them or by electronic devices.

The Path of Duty

The first 30 minutes of the hour should be spent on the Path of Duty. Ten minutes is spent in reflection on what was accomplished yesterday. This includes reflecting on progress on goals along with reflecting on reasons for failures. Learn more about Vijay Eswaran:

The second 10 minutes is to be spent on planning for the day ahead while the final 10 minutes is to create short and long-term goals.

The Path of Knowledge

Vijay Eswaran says that the next 20 minutes should be used to seek new knowledge. Five minutes should be used to read over notes from the previous day. The next 10 minutes should be spent engaged in learning from a book or audio source. The last five minutes should be spent summarizing what the individual learned.

The Path of Devotion

The last 10 minutes should be spent praising the Almighty. Vijay says that if the person is an atheist, then he should spend this time reflecting on good things. It is important to write during this part of the 60 minutes of silence.

Vijay Eswaran has created his system to allow others to follow in his footsteps. He has used thoughts gained during his daily 60 minutes of silence to found his RYTHM (“Raise Yourself to Help Mankind”) Foundation and the Vijayaratnam Foundation. These organizations are active helping poor children in Nepal, the Phillipines and Malaysia.

  1. Acting on the behalf a company would really put in great leadership expectation on the leaders but they have a guide. I mean now is there and there should be all the services needed for them. People like Vijay have to just plug in the things that they need and see how to raise the hope as well for the world leaders.
